Sometimes, one day at a time isn't slow enough

I'm at the pub on my day off. I had a great fencing lesson this afternoon and feeling pretty good. My phone went off with a text message. It was Buddy saying that Doc threw another fit at bedtime.

I guess we still have a long way to go.
